For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 10 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to Camping International Ltd accompanied with the receipt/invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund.
Prices & VAT
All Prices are in £s sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. The prices and terms and conditions set out are correct at time of going to print. On the rare occasion where there is an error, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices up to date, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. VAT), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.
Payment
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: (1) MasterCard / Visa / Maestro / Solo / Delta. (2) Cheque. Please make cheque(s) payable to Camping International Ltd, ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.
We do advise customers not send any cash through the post as Camping International Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item. All tents and awnings are covered by the manufactures guarantee which covers faulty materials or manufacturing faults. Any unauthorised repairs will invalidate the manufactures guarantee.
Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock, however, should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur than an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
Delivery
For the purposes of deliveries, working days are defined as Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. All orders over £100.00 are sent carriage paid within post coded areas Zone A (Excluding Marquees). All accessories & orders under £100.00 will be subject to a £6.00 carriage surcharge (Zone A Only) please call for other zone rates. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. However, where possible all goods are sent on a next day service. All goods are sent by courier and will require a signature, under no circumstances will goods be left unless signed for. In the event when a signature is unattainable, the delivery address will be carded and a depot contact number supplied. Please note the courier will only attempt One delivery. Camping International are not liable for any additional carriage charges. Our dedicated dispatch team will always keep you informed with the progress of your order.
Part Delivery / Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition; however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 48 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Returns Procedure
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or not fit for their purpose. A member of our customer services department will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier, alternatively you may return them to one of our stores accompanied with your invoice. All other goods must be returned at the senders expense. If required, the company offers a collection services at a charge of £12.50 from Zone A. Other Zones please call for a quote.
Specification
Every effort has been made to ensure the specifications on our website are correct at the time of going to print, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances well do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute details to the descriptions or illustrations published.
Errors
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of images, specifications and information on this website, these are subject to change without notice. As such we cannot accept any responsibility for errors on the site.
In the event an item is listed at the incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders based on the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
