Just purchased a mint condition Pennine Pathfinder from Terry at Camping International. Terry’s service has been exceptional and I cannot recommend him highly enough, we are really pleased with our new camper and Camping International is an awesome place if you want anything camping.

Ordered online, my order arrived very quickly. I had one issue with a spring clip missing. This was addressed and sent next day. Good experience with customer service.

Ordered a couple of Vango sleeping bags. Best price on the net. Came quickly (less than 48hrs) via DPD (who we consider reliable), were well packed to avoid risk of damage in transit or when opening. Included a really handy 'camping checklist' in the box. Will look to order from here again.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel compelled to do so given the exceptional level of service I received. The chap I spoke to over the phone was really helpful and gave some great advice. The product I ordered (Vango awning) was way cheaper than anywhere else on line. Postage was free and it has arrived within 3 days via DPD. Opened the package to find a complimentary groundsheet protector valued at £50! First class service from start to finish, thank you Camping International, I would highly recommend to others.

We have just upgraded our folding camper after seeing one on the camping international website we contacted Terry from that moment on nothing was to much trouble. From the first call to picking up the new camper Terry was very professional and informative and as many reviews have said his knowledge is aecond to none cant recommend highly enough.

We were renovating a pennine pathfinder, and looking for replacement canvas and parts, Terry is extremely knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble to help. Terry is fantastic! we have just bought our first Opus trailer and he was brilliant from start to finish. It's an incredible shop that sells absolutely everything you need for camping and I thoroughly recommend you visit!

We bought a telta drive away awning from newark Camping show , including several accessories. Unfortunately, we weren’t given the tunnel section we had paid. As soon as I got home, I contacted their office. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. He explained that it might be difficult to get hold of the team straight away as they were still at the show, but he would do his best and promised to call me back on Monday. To my surprise, he called back within a couple of hours and confirmed that the missing tunnel had been overlooked and that it was their mistake. He was extremely pleasant, apologetic, and provided excellent customer service. He said he would call Monday and arrange for it to be sent out. I hadn’t heard anything by Tuesday, so I gave them a call, only to find that the item had already been shipped and was on its way to me. Although there were some issues initially, mistakes can happen. What really matters is how a company deals with them, and I honestly can’t fault the customer service I received. Friendly, professional, and quick to put things right. Overall, a really good company to deal with.

You can literally get everything under one roof.

Lots of ideas and equipment for campers, and caravaners etc. Staff are friendly and helpful but not pushy, which we like. It gives you chance to explore without feeling pressured.

The sales department have been absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful with the product we brought. We had the item just under a year- and they have been amazing with helping us utilise the warranty as part of our oven stopped working. The process right from the start of them finding our recite and our orginal order to getting a replacement model has been so fast and easy with brillaint communication throughout! I highly recommend this company, they have been absolutely amazing!

Great camping shop, with a lot of equipment to choose from. Very rarely come out empty handed! They are on the main road, but have ample parking opposite.

Great place, staff are helpful. Bought a tent, stove, air mattress, two sleeping bags. Tested the air mattress that night and found it had a fault. Took it back the next day and they refunded no questions asked. Very happy camper
